Today’s run through Grovely Woods

Beautiful 8 miler.  The sun was shining.  The bluebells were out.  Running shirtless for first time this year.

    Absolutely wonderful, I can’t wait for my Sunday long run this week as the bluebells will be out. Makes me realise why we run sometimes.
